Barely three days to the trial of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, the Ohanaeze Youth Council, OYC, has said the Biafra agitator is facing the most violation of human fundamental rights in the world.

OYC urged the federal government to discontinue the case of the Biafra agitator and grant him unconditional release.

The National President of OYC, Igboayaka O Igboayaka, said Justice Binta Nyako of an Abuja Federal High Court has turned the Nigerian Court into a theatre of dramatic exhibition, making a mockery of the court and projecting the country as a Banana Republic or jungle state due to Kanu.

A statement by Igboayaka said Kanu’s prosecution is pure tribal victimization, chronic hatred, oppressiveness and ethnic cleansing.

He noted that Kanu’s hearing and trial lacked merit in any court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
